Assessment and Individual Treatment Plans
We are your trusted source for professional and unbiased evaluation. Individuals seeking professional help with mental health and substance abuse disorders may come for assessment and receive treatment recommendations or referrals.
As your reliable resource, we offer professional and impartial evaluations. Individuals seeking support for mental health and substance abuse disorders can undergo assessments to receive treatment recommendations or referrals in a confidential and supportive environment.


Every individual deserves personalized attention. Our counseling, rooted in trauma-informed and solution-focused approaches, empowers individuals to cultivate effective strategies for overcoming past trauma and life challenges. Confidential sessions are available either virtually or at our discreet office location.
Individual Counseling


Group Counseling
We offer two structured Group Therapy services to meet different levels of need: TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Services) and Mental Health Day Program. Below is how each works, who they serve, and what participants can expect to learn.
TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Services)
Population Served & Description / Purpose
School-age (elementary / middle / high school)
Behavior challenges interfering with school, home, peer relationships
SUD (co-occurring substance use disorder)
Support for youth dealing with both behavioral & substance issues
College / Young Adults with Court / Mental Health Issues
For those navigating legal requirements, probation, or dual mental health needs
Structure & Frequency
Typically, 8 hours per week of skill-based, therapeutic services
Individual sessions, small therapeutic groups, family / caretaker coaching
Coordination with schools, probation officers, legal systems (when applicable)

Emotional regulation & impulse control
Problem-solving & decision-making skills
Social skills, peer relations, conflict resolution
Coping strategies for stress, cravings, triggers (for SUD track)
Legal responsibility, restitution, life skills (for those with court issues)

Aftercare
The journey to healing and recovery is a long-term commitment. After receiving services, One Me to Be clients will receive follow-up services and recommendations to ensure that they continue on a path to success.


We believe in building practical life skills that youth and adults can use in their everyday lives. We provide programming around Work Readiness, Work Etiquette, Internships, and a host of services that focus on soft skills. Participants will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into career preparation, including resume building, writing cover letters, mock interviews, and more.

One Me To Be: Signature Series
Our grade school-based program focuses on pinpointing obstacles that prevent students from being their best selves and uncovering hidden potential. Students will learn what it means to Declare, Believe, and Achieve and how to implement key principles for growth.
Our elementary school-centered program centers on identifying obstacles hindering students from reaching their full potential and discovering latent capabilities. Participants will grasp the essence of Declare, Embrace, Succeed, while learning and implementing key principles for personal growth.


We are advocates for developing community leaders who support our mission. We provide a group training environment where community leaders and relevant providers can learn new cutting-edge strategies that support our clients’ success.
